Free cancellation

You can cancel any transfer or excursion up to 24 hours before the start time and receive a full refund.

Late cancellation and no-show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, and bookings where the customer does not show up, are not refundable.

Changes

You can change the date or time of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email.

Flight delays

If your flight is delayed, your driver waits for you at no extra cost, as long as you gave us the correct flight number.

Cancellations by us

If we have to cancel an excursion because of weather, sea conditions or safety reasons, we offer you another date or a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds for online payments are made to the same card used for payment within [X] business days. The time for the money to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
