These terms apply to all bookings made on sharmtransfers.com. The website and services are operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [OFFICE ADDRESS], Egypt ("we", "us"). By making a booking you accept these terms.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. Please check that your name, date, time, flight number, hotel and number of passengers are correct.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include taxes. Transfer prices are per vehicle; excursion prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give correct flight and contact details, be ready at the agreed pickup time and place, and follow the instructions of drivers and guides for your safety. Luggage beyond the vehicle capacity must be told to us in advance.

5. Excursions

Excursion programs may change because of weather, sea conditions, traffic or decisions by authorities. Sea activities are at your own risk; follow the guide's safety instructions.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as flight changes, road closures, weather or decisions by authorities. Personal belongings remain your responsibility.

7. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us immediately on WhatsApp so we can fix it, or write to [email protected] within 14 days of your trip.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
